Director of Finance (Part-Time) 

LOCATION:

We are looking for a Director of Finance who will work three days a week and is able to travel to our London HQ in Richmond on core office days.

The purpose of this role is to help deliver KICK’s vision by providing leadership that ensures strategic and operational financial oversight. This includes day-to-day responsibility for financial planning, budgeting, reporting and financial analysis..

APPLICANTS WILL:

  • Be a qualified accountant

  • Contribute to commercial negotiations with customers and suppliers.
  • Embody our ACEII values and work together with other KICK leaders and managers to enhance quality practice and standards across KICK.
  • Have proven experience in a senior management role

  • Have experience in strategic planning and business development

  • Be responsible for data dashboards, impact measurement and updating management information at KICK

  • Oversee and optimise financial management to ensure tight controls of finances, resources and contracts to meet budgets, targets and outcomes

  • Be responsible for processing and running payroll, sessional payments and expenses

    Fundraising Manager (Part/FULL-time)

    LOCATION:

    We are excited to announce our new vacancy for a Fundraising Manager. This role is full-time and based at our London HQ in Richmond, with required attendance on core office days. Working arrangements can be negotiated for the right candidate.

    The purpose of this role is to help deliver KICK’s vision by securing new income streams through fundraising. The successful candidate will provide both strategic direction and guidance to ensure that KICK’s fundraising targets are met. The role will lead on development of the KICK Fundraising Strategy, working with the CEO to seek new grant funding income and establish new fundraising streams such as monthly donors and legacy giving impact KICK’s capacity for growth and diversify income.

    APPLICANTS WILL:

    • Develop and oversee the delivery of the KICK Fundraising Strategy, exploring diverse income sources including individual donors, events, corporate sponsorships, and grant funding to meet short- and long-term financial goals

    • Lead on bid writing in line with annual targets that reflect KICK’s delivery and impact

    • Identify and build relationships with new strategic partners and funders to generate income opportunities

    • Create and manage integrated fundraising campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and traditional media

    • Organise and deliver a range of fundraising events (e.g. galas, auctions, and community events)
