KICK is run by a dedicated team of Staff, Trustees and Volunteers. We’re always looking for excellent people to join us.

We also regularly have opportunities for interns and work experience students to join our staff team. These are short term opportunities for you to help us, while we help you to learn coaching and other skills needed to work with young people.

Various – London, Essex, Midlands and Cambridge 

An exciting opportunity to deliver quality sports sessions and/or mentoring within our schools on a weekly basis. The Coach/Mentor will be passionate about embedding values within each session and be committed to our mission, to transform young peoples lives with Gods love, through sport and support. 

APPLICANTS WILL:

  • Be passionate about delivering sessions of a high quality.
  • Have an understanding of the issues that young people face.
  • Engage well with children and young people with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Have an understanding of assessment and development for both classes and individual children depending on the service delivered.

KICK Mentor Job Description

KICK Coaching Role Job Description

KICK RELATIONSHIP Manager

Main Work base:

London/Essex 

The Relationship Manager will champion excellent relationship management of schools within London and Essex whilst also line managing a team of coaches. The role will also lead our KICK Camp provision across the holiday periods. The role will  include some delivery and therefore will deliver either coaching, mentoring or chaplaincy within a school environment

APPLICANTS  WILL:

  • Have excellent relationship management skills in order to manage schools excellently.
  • Have experience of line managing a team.
  • Have experience of successfully helping teachers, trainers and/or coaches improve the quality of their practise
  • Be flexible to accommodate changing priorities and process.
  • Establish and run quality PE, Dance or Mentoring sessions within a school environment.
  • Be committed and excited by the mission of KICK to,  “Transform young people’s lives, with God’s love, through sport and support”.

KICK Relationship Manager Job Description

DIRECTOR OF REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT  

 

LOCATION:

Midlands 

An exciting opportunity to grow KICK’s work across schools, churches and communities across the country, focused on, but not limited to a specific Region. The Director of Regional Development will pioneer into new areas and manage branch managers and contribute to the strategic and spiritual direction of the charity.  The role would have an eye on operational management to ensure that our service is delivered with excellence to our key stakeholders in schools, local churches and community partners as we deliver our mission to transform lives.

  • Have the ability to relate well to and communicate persuasively with stakeholders at all levels within schools, churches and community-based groups.
  • Have experience of leadership and management.
  • Be confident in sharing the Gospel with a range of audiences.
  • Experience of successfully helping colleagues, improve the quality of their practise.
  • Have experience of change management.
