Head of Finance

HOURS OF WORK: Part-Time (3 Days per week)

ROLE PURPOSE:

To strengthen KICK through the strategic management of finances including day-to-day tasks, budgeting and reporting. The successful candidate will provide both strategic and financial guidance to ensure that KICK’s financial commitments are met excellently and accurately. The role will also involve working closely with both the senior management team as well as the board of Trustees in order to maintain and grow a solid foundation for KICK to grow. The successful candidate will also work in partnership to innovate and maintain systems and processes within the organisation to ensure things are working effectively and efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Ability to collate and present the monthly accounts to the Exec team and Board based on KICK performance, as well as problem solving potential issues that arise.
• Responsible for processing and running payroll.
• Responsible for the annual budget and holding budget holders account on their spend.
• Responsible for compiling fundraising data to present a dashboard of impact and performance of the organisation on a half termly basis.
• Regularly analyse and develop current and new processes across the organisation to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.

LOCATION:

We are pleased to have part-time positions in Stockport delivering PE one-day a week.

An exciting opportunity to deliver quality sports and PE sessions within our schools on a weekly basis. The Coach/Mentor will be passionate about embedding values within each session and be committed to our mission, to transform young peoples lives with Gods love, through sport and support.
