KICK is run by a dedicated team of Staff, Trustees and Volunteers. We’re always looking for excellent people to join us.

We also regularly have opportunities for interns and work experience students to join our staff team. These are short term opportunities for you to help us, while we help you to learn coaching and other skills needed to work with young people.

We are pleased to have job opportunities across London in Balham, Richmond and Lewisham.  

An exciting opportunity to deliver quality sports sessions within our schools on a weekly basis. The Coach will be passionate about embedding values within each session and be committed to our mission, to transform young peoples lives with Gods love, through sport and support.

  • Have an understanding of assessment and development for both classes and individual children depending on the service delivered.

KICK Mentor Job Description

HR Assistant (maternity
cover)

 We are pleased to share we have a Part time (3 days) HR assistant maternity cover starting from November 2024- September 2025

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  1. Supporting with the recruitment process 
  2. The onboarding of new staff members including the organising of inductions, reference checks, uniform orders and DBS checks.
  3. Assisting with internal and external enquiries related to the HR department.
  4. Compiling and maintaining electronic employee records including annual leave and sickness. 
  5. Co-ordinating management-employee communications where necessary.
  6. Developing KICK Policies and Procedures to ensure they are compliant, in line with the KICK ethos and are clear.
  7. Supporting KICK with well-being initiatives, staff benefits and activities.
  8. Maintaining the highest level of data integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive data.
